This is a used German Rosenthal Ceramic Plate in a antiques German silver frame that is not hallmarked. The plate is approx 9 5/8 high by 7 5/8 wide. The stamps on the back are from a well known war photographer  Friederich Zschackel and the other one is a post war coin and militaria collectors shop in Heidelberg. Thanks John.
