East German Airborne Paratrooper Grade Sleeve Patch Insignia

This sleeve patch marks paratrooper grade within the airborne forces of the former German Democratic Republic. Worn on the uniform of East German Fallschirmjäger, it denotes jump qualification rather than a specific unit. Offered as sold, in the condition received. A tangible piece of Cold War-era NVA airborne history.
