Canadian RCAC Air Cadets 629 Kiwanis Sillery Shoulder Title Insignia Patch French Version

The Canadian RCAC Air Cadets 629 Kiwanis Sillery Shoulder Title Insignia Patch, French version, is a regulation shoulder title worn by members of the 629 Kiwanis Sillery squadron within the Royal Canadian Air Cadets (RCAC). This patch is rendered in French, reflecting the language of the unit and its community in Quebec. It is constructed from cloth with embroidered text indicating the squadron number and name, specifically identifying “629 Kiwanis Sillery.” The patch is typically sewn onto the uniform’s shoulder to denote squadron affiliation and is part of standard Air Cadet uniform insignia. The RCAC is a Canadian youth organization supported by the Canadian Armed Forces, focused on aviation training and leadership development. Patches of this type are collected for their association with Canadian military youth organizations and regional heritage. This example represents the French version, in line with the bilingual nature of Canadian military-related organizations.
