Canadian Forces Special Operations Regiment CSOR CADPAT Tab

The Canadian Forces Special Operations Regiment (CSOR) CADPAT Tab is an insignia worn by qualified members of the CSOR, a unit within the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command. This rectangular fabric tab features the acronym “CSOR” embroidered in black thread on a background of Canadian Disruptive Pattern (CADPAT) camouflage material. The tab is typically affixed above the unit patch on the left sleeve of the operational dress uniform. CSOR, established in 2006, is tasked with a range of specialized missions, including direct action, special reconnaissance, and support to other Canadian and allied military units. The CADPAT camouflage pattern, introduced in the late 1990s, is the standard-issue digital camouflage for the Canadian Armed Forces.
