Canadian Forces RCA Artillery Beret Badge

The Canadian Forces RCA Artillery Beret Badge is a military insignia worn by members of the Royal Canadian Artillery within the Canadian Armed Forces. The badge features a stylized depiction of a gun, representing the artillery branch, and incorporates the motto “Ubique,” meaning “Everywhere,” which is characteristic of artillery units in Commonwealth armies. Made to precise specifications, the badge is typically constructed from metal, often with enamel detailing, and finished in a gold or brass tone. It is designed to be affixed to the beret as part of the standard-issue uniform, indicating the wearer’s corps affiliation. The RCA Artillery Beret Badge has remained relatively consistent in design, reflecting the traditions and heritage of Canadian artillery units. Used in both ceremonial and operational contexts, the badge serves as an important symbol of identity and esprit de corps among serving members. Dimensions and fastening mechanisms may vary based on the era of manufacture.
