WW2 Canadian Army Officers Boots Named 1944 Dated British Issue. Named to ZL4713 HC Coulter who was a officer in the FMR and went to the Aleutian Islands and eventually served in Korea. The laces though mismatched slightly came this way. The added rubber on the soles is not a resole issue. it was added for traction.
