Manufactured by the German firm Alcosa, this dagger features a nickel-plated steel blade, typically etched with the manufacturer’s logo, and is paired with a distinctive aluminum or zinc alloy crossguard and pommel displaying Luftwaffe motifs, such as the stylized eagle and swastika. The handle is constructed from molded celluloid over a wooden core, finished in a characteristic dark yellow or orange tone, and is wrapped with twisted wire for grip.
