The France and Germany Star is a campaign medal of the British Commonwealth, awarded for operational service in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany between 6 June 1944 and 8 May 1945 during the Second World War. This full-size version is attributed to Canadian forces and was issued to recognize personnel who participated in the campaigns following the D-Day landings.
