WW2 German Kriegsmarine Navy Officer Bullion Breast Eagle

This original WW2 German Kriegsmarine Breast Eagle is intended to be worn on the uniforms of German Kriegsmarine (Navy) officers. The eagle is hand embroidered with gold bullion thread, clutching a wreath with a silver-threaded swastika. The background is a very black wool. This particular insignia is a well worn “been there” example. Shows some wear on the outside woolen edge. Overall a nice worn example.
